Me as Mathematics Teacher and Biometrics

Biometrics  and Me.

Fingerprints are one of many forms of biometrics used to identify individuals and verify their identity.

The three basic patterns of fingerprint ridges are the arch, loop, and whorl.

Scientists have found that family members often share the same general fingerprint patterns, leading to the belief that these patterns are inherited.

                                                                          Arch:
The ridges enter from one side of the finger, rise in the center forming an arc, and then exit the other side of the finger.

 Loop :

The ridges enter from one side of a finger, form a curve, and then exit on that same side.
                                                  Whorl
whorl: Ridges form circularly around a central point on the finger.

In our School ( Kendriya Vidyalaya,Fort William)  authority have just started the new technique through which  teachers will enter the time of arrival as well as deparature..

While feeding the finger print, I found that I have lost  all these arch ,loop and whorl  of my thumb and index finger of right hand due to the pressure of chalk I have been using since 30 years to teach Mathematics..

Till today I was thinking that KVS has given so many things. For the first time in my  career I felt that I have also given KVS many things.
I had to feed the print of my left thumb.
